Serve the public with dedication and commitment - MR

President Mahinda Rajapaksa told the staff of the Presidential Secretariat Thursday to serve the public with dedication and commitment. He said that their conduct should be exemplary at all times and should not leave any room for others to point their finger at them alleging misconduct or neglect of duties.

The President made these comments addressing the staff of the Presidential Secretariat when they commenced work after the 2013 Sinhala and Tamil New year.

Secretary to the President Lalith Weeratunge and Secretariat staff were present on this occasion and work commenced following the invoking of blessings by clergy belonging to all faiths.
