Sri Lanka’s ‘Little England’ set for April festivities

April festivities in the picturesque Sri Lankan hill city of Nuwaraeliya, popularly known as “Little England”, is to be held under the patronage of  Central Province Governor Tikiri Kobbekaduwa and Minister Navin Dissanayake as guest of honour, with over 30 school bands together with police and army bands parading the streets.
